The India based group comprises of Investment Bankers, Auditors and Policy Makers who has been instrumental in facilitating Inorganic growth for Middle Market Companies in India, Asia, APAC and USA.
Our association in APAC is driven by an Australia‑headquartered clean energy and technology investment fund focused on renewable energy, climate tech, green hydrogen, sustainability infrastructure, and next‑gen industrial innovation. It has invested in 15+ companies across the full clean energy value chain from production to end use including green data centers, waste to energy, electric and hydrogen buses, hydrogen injection kits, storage, generators, hydrogen water, and hydrogen production. They operate across APAC, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Our initial member partners in the USA are middle market investment banks, PE funds, and SPAC funds. The investment banks specialize in M&A, capital raising, private equity transactions, strategic partnerships, and cross border execution to drive clients’ inorganic growth and expansion.
